Where we ship

We ship across Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically released to our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, are released the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

Delivery estimates start once your order leaves the warehouse, not when you place it. Remote and northern addresses can take longer.

We ship with reputable carriers such as Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. A signature may be required on orders of $150 or more. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipped from Canada

Your order ships from an authorized Canadian distribution centre (Québec, Ontario, Edmonton, or Vancouver), so there are no customs delays, brokerage fees, or import duties.

Remote locations

Some remote addresses (including Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and certain non-metropolitan areas) can require special shipping arrangements. If your order needs one, we will contact you before it ships. If the arrangements do not work for you, you can cancel for a full refund.

PO boxes

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active. If tracking has not moved in several business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once you cover the return and reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at marcus@ibuildapp.ca within 7 days of the delivery date, or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived. We will replace it or refund you.
