Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags or accessories included.

To start a return, email us at marcus@ibuildapp.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent back without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice. For change of mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Return address

Approved returns go to our distribution centre: MarcusBR Inc., 290 Rue Jacques, Laval, QC H7P 0N8, Canada. Write your RMA number on the label. Please do not ship anything there without a valid RMA number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at marcus@ibuildapp.ca with photos. We will sort it out quickly at no cost to you.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on drinkware that has been used or washed (it is a personal hygiene product), items damaged after delivery, gift cards, or final sale items.

Warranty

bubba drinkware carries a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled by bubba directly and are separate from this refund policy. Contact us and we will point you to the right place.
