are these genuine bubba products?
yes. everything we sell is a genuine bubba product supplied by randmar, the authorized canadian distributor.
do bubba products have a warranty?
bubba drinkware carries a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship. contact us and we will point you to the right place to make a claim.
will i pay duties or customs fees?
no. your order ships from within canada, so there are no customs delays, brokerage fees, or import duties.
can i change or cancel my order?
email us as soon as possible. orders are released to the warehouse quickly, but if yours has not shipped yet we will do our best to change or cancel it.
use & care guide
wash your bottle before first use. for daily care, hand wash lids and gaskets with warm soapy water and let them dry fully before reassembling. check the care instructions for your specific product before machine washing, as they vary by model.
do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners on any part, do not microwave, and do not freeze insulated products. for stuck-on odours, soak with warm water and baking soda.
